3.  Q: Is quality of ethanol 95% made from cassava good?

A: Yes. It is quite good, however it is often used 10% for food grade and 90% for industrial grade.

5.    Q: Can we have ethanol without smell? 

A: Our ethanol has natural sweet smell. I well understand that if you use for cosmetics, it needs to be refined to remove the smell

6.    Q: Which smell is lighter between ethanol from molasses and cassava?

A: Ethanol from molasses has better smell

7.    Q: We use ethanol to manufacture Vodka, we should use ethanol from cassava or molasses?

A: You can use any kind, however, to keep vodka feature, I would like to send both samples to use to test and give me your final decision.

8.    Q: Can you denature ethanol with Bitrex?

A: Yes, of course. We can denature ethanol with Bitrex as your requirement (about 5ppm, 7ppm, 10ppm, 12ppm,…The fees for adding Bitrex is around 100USD. We will free this fee if your volume is big.

9.    Q: Any chemicals you can denature with ethanol?

A: We can add any chemical as your requirement such as IPA, methanol, TBA, SOC,…

A: We can make any certificate for each market to get imported tax (0%) as below:

11.       Q: How about your Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ) and export packages?

A: With the Dangerous Goods  we deal with full container load shipments so our MOQ is as below:

A: To ensure our mutual benefits, we apply 2 payment terms: TT 40/60 or 100% irrevocable LC at sight opened at first class banks. Hence, we are very sorry for any inconvenience caused to you.

A: We can ship on board within 3-5 working date after receipt the first advance and original LC.  For urgent orders, we can ship the good within 48 hours

A: Yes, of course, we can send for you, however, please kindly note that the sample is free but the freight will be paid by your company (about USD50 for 50ml)
